Thank you for your prayers!
So here we are, day 5 with baby Hailey...
Today the nurse came out and tested her bili levels and they'd raised up to 18...they aren't alarmed and think maybe because of the long day yesterday at the hospital away from the lights may have not helped anything. We've kept her on the lights RELIGIOUSLY today and hope that tomorrow's results will bring good news and relief! I just can't wait to hold my baby ALL DAY!! :)
A big thank you to everyone who has been praying for our little family...this has been a really tough time, but the Lord is giving Todd and I the strength to make it through each day!

Oh Hailey! She is giving you a run for your money already! She is just too stinkin CUTE. I miss her today! Give her a hug for me.

What a precious little angel! I know being a first-time mom can be a bit scary and especially when obstacles come your way. But God is greater! Years ago I went through that same jaundice stuff with my son. I think it was harder on me than him! It seems to be a common thing for newborns but that doesn't make you feel any better. Just know that little Hailey ultimately belongs to God, and He will ALWAYS take good care of her! Oh, by the way, I work with your Dad and get real excited over babies and was excited and happy for you.
